- Currently pursuing or recently completed undergraduate/postgraduate degree
- Strong passion for social impact and community development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Minimum 1 month commitment (3 months preferred)
- Basic proficiency in English and Hindi
